Setting up Hub One Router for Back to my Mac

Hi there,
Does anyone have any advice on how I set-up the Hub One Router to allow Back to my Mac to work? At the moment I have had to disable the Firewall altogether but I obviously dont want that as a permanent solution.

Having had a quick read of Apple's "Back To My Mac" documentation I'm not over optimistic about getting the Hub One to work in this way, particularly in any way I would consider secure.
