Samsung m5500ak connects to router but not to internet

I have a Samsung m5500ak smart TV that was previously connected to the internet at my previous home. I have moved to plusnet when we moved house and am now unable to connect it to the internet. At best it says it is connected to the router but not the internet. The TV is next to a sky box which is connected to the internet and all other devices have connected successfully since changing the sync 2.4 and 5ghz setting and changing the name of the 5ghz.

I have spoken to plusnet and they have said everything is working fine at their end.

I have unticked the sync 5ghz to 2.4ghz wireless and renamed the 5ghz as such in order to get the sky box and Chromecast to connect, but this has had no effect on the TV.

I have spoken to Samsung who told me to create a mobile hotspot and the TV connected fine to that so Samsung are saying it's a problem with the router and the router not allowing the internet through to the TV.

I have had a scout around the boards and have tried manually adding the channel and ensuring the correct wpa2 is selected when typing in the password.

Any ideas from anyone?

Fix
It's ok I've sorted it by moving it to a different phone socket. Not sure why it made a difference but it has.

Glad this is sorted @keant

Internally telephony wiring can have an impact on anything connected to your router, even if the root cause is minor and/or unnoticeable in terms of the quality of your landline service.
