Royal Mail form not working to return router

I have left plusnet and received an email to return my router.

Unfortunately as per the heading I'm unable to do this.

The router is wrapped up ready to go so if a staff member could please post a label to me I'll drop it off at the post office.

Re: Royal Mail form not working to return router

In what way is it 'not working'?

I'd be okay with that.

Re: Royal Mail form not working to return router

After filling in the form it says:

Sorry there was a problem. Please close the browser to start again

I've tried multiple time and on 2 different browsers.

Strange - I've just run it to the end - but not completed it by printing, as I don't have one to return - with no problem.

The problem occurs after pressing Create you label.

Re: Royal Mail form not working to return router

Is this a variant of "I don't have a printer"?

Re: Royal Mail form not working to return router

ICBW, but ISTR that some time during the past few months there was a case of no printer / not being able to print the label, and it was established that there is an option to generate a QR code which can then be stored on a smart phone and taken to the PO where they will accept the package and print an adhesive label.

Re: Royal Mail form not working to return router

Another assumption.

The person has a smart phone.

@chevybeef

If there's someone at home is there an option on the webpage to book a collection of the package by Royal Mail.

I did that with an Amazon return - the postie turned up as part of their round with a sticky lable for the box.

Re: Royal Mail form not working to return router

Fix

Seems the reason for the form not working was because of a plus sign in the email address.
