If the reset does not work this is how to make the manual change

Click on this link http://192.168.1.254 i in a browser this should take you to the Home page.

Navigate from the Hub two Home page to >Advanced settings >Broadband

To change the Broadband username and password the hub has to be in the disconnected state.
