Router won’t connect with my username

the router does not accept my username@plusdsl.net and password combination. I can confirm that the password is correct for when I log in to the member centre, however the router is telling me otherwise. I have tried resetting the password and that too has not worked. (I have reset it to the exact password it already was just to be sure)

Does you password have any special characters in it?
That has caused issues in the past.

@cristian89  Welcome to the forum.

Are you a new subscriber? If so be aware that it can take up until midnight for the account to be activated.

You must drop the DSL connection whilst changing your Plusnet credentials. The easiest way is to remove the DSL cable.

Hey no just a capital letter and normal ones after and few numbers , very generic
