Router upgrade?

I upgraded to FTTC and umlimited broadband a couple of years back but I still have a 2704n router.

Is it worth upgrading to a Hub One, will I get better performance?

If you're not having any issues then I'd go with "if it ain't broke, don't fix it"

Otherwise a lot of forum members have picked up a BT Smarthub from ebay and the like for not much money which is better than an a hub one.

I've been getting slow speeds and some drop outs hence the question.
