What is the router model as the version number you quoted doesn't appear to be for currently supported Hub One and Hub Zero (2704n) models supplied by Plusnet?

So is the update automatic and how can I tell if I have the latest version and what the update achieves?

As I said in my last post you have the latest update at this moment in time. If your router is registered with PN then I believe it will be automatically updated when and if a new version comes out..

.263 from March 2019 is the current production version for the Hub One.

If you are suffering 5 GHz wifi failure issues, and wish to test the beta .273 release, you will have to post in this thread to request it
