Router stopped working
My Hub One router stopped working for no apparent reason. It had been working fine for a couple of months. My computer was connected to the router, but there was no internet access
When I logged into the router I noticed that the user name had gone back to.......
...so I changed it back to my real user name (I did also re-input my password) and the router worked fine again
What is odd is the router name (the one you can change if you wish) remained the same as I changed it to when I started with Plusnet.
So it looks like the router forgot the user name (it may have also lost the password, but did re-input it).

So the bottom line is...........
The SSID remained in the router memory which is why my computer would still connect to it.
I had changed the router ip addresses when I first set it up, and this also remained in the router memory,
The user named had been forgotten
As regards the password I don't know - it may or may not have been forgotten as I re-entered it
