Router random reboots

I have a plusnet hub one router and since working from home I have noticed it keeps rebooting at random intervals (twice already this morning)

as the online call centre and call centre are now off line how can I get someone to investigate this?

When I have checked the event logs is says that the restart button has been pressed even though the routes is behind the TV so now way this could have happened.
