New Plusnet router Hub One. Trying to reset the pw by using the Password Override. Fill in all the details but (a) when I try to log in on the hub manager page, it tells me that the (new) password is invalid. When I try again, it tells me that I must wait 1 minute. After well over a minute, it does the same. I did this several times; each time, it increments the time by a minute and each time, I wait mush longer than the time specified. Any ideas, anyone? I have switched the router off and tried again but it's the same.
