Router password not accepted

I am having trouble getting Internet access. I reset my router to factory settings to no avail. When I log in to router it prompts me to check my username/password and I can see they are incorrect.. Probably as result of resetting it. However to change then I need to put in my admin password. It constantly rejects it. I've tried using different browser etc. Now it's locked me out saying too many unsuccessful attempts.
Please can someone advise?

Fix

@Tika

Are you getting your user names and passwords mixed up? If you do a factory reset on your Hub you must keep the reset switch closed for at least 20 seconds. If you do this the Hub should pick up your account username and password automatically and log you onto the Internet. This can take 10 minutes or so.

If you need to log into the Hub you need the password on the label fixed to the Hub.
