Router not arrived activation date tomorrow

Hey,
According to the email I received a few weeks back, my activation date for my switch to you guys for phone and fiber is tomorrow (9th Sep 18)
However, according to the member's area, the router hasn't been despatched saying 'Hardware dispatch pending'
Worrying tho is that the member's area doesn't provide an activation date, and the text message I received didn't either, just saying 'Your activation date is.' Well thanks, when is it then lol.
I've read on here that people have had problems with there router despatch so hoping a staff member will see this and reply. I am unable to wait 30 mins in a phone queue and your online chat is always busy and won't even allow me to enter the queue. Not a great start.
Hope someone can give me some insight

Welcome to the forum.
Hopefully a member of Plusnet staff will come along soon and pick this up. It's possible that your activation date has been delayed and you have not been told, yes, it does happen.
If you put your phone number in here https://www.btwholesale.com/includes/adsl/adsl.htm?s_cid=ws_furls_adslchecker read through and you might find some words about there being an open order on the line and when work will be completed.

Hey
Is waiting 4 hours constant refreshing the page patient enough lol.
Like I said, I can't enter the chat queue.
The popup opens saying there's no advisor and to call them instead.
Been doing this for hours. I tried here as a last hope lol

I gave that a shot and its saying I have no BT number or they have no info on it.
To be fair, im switching from Sky so don't know if that's technically a BT number or not and what they may be referring to is that I might be with virgin.
Who knows lol.

I guess that you are on an LLU line so it will be a Sky number. So sorry, this will not work for you.
