Router keeps serenading us

Every night at 23:40ish our Plusnet Hub One which we've only had 10 days flashes it's lights then softly plays a little electronic tune. I'd like to know how to shut it up or at least schedule it later. It's a little creepy

Thank you for getting in touch and for putting up a video to show the issue. To be honest, this isn't something that I have ever come across before!

If you've not done so already, please can you try a factory reset of the router by pushing something into the reset pinhole on the back for at least 15 seconds. If this continues to happen once you've done this, or if you've already tried this, please let us know and we'll send you a replacement router.
