Router keeps rebooting

Hi My router keeps restarting.  Tis happens few times a day.  Below are the event logs from the most recent restart.  I have been with plusnet fore nearly 5 years and never had this type of issue.

Sorry to hear your connection is dropping.

Our tests are showing a external fault so we'll get that raised for you.

At the moment, we've no updates I'm afraid. The fault report has been accepted by Openreach as of this morning. We'd usually receive updates within 72 hours. Our faults team will keep you updated via this ticket

Has there  been any update from open reach?  It has been over 72 hours.
