Over the last week my router has failed 3 times. Although I managed to get it working by following the re-connection instructions. The light flashes orange, then when I restart it goes green then turns blue for a few seconds and then flashes orange again. This can go on for 20 minutes before it starts working normally. I'm currently working from home and it failed this afternoon during a Microsoft team call with my colleagues. I'm losing confidence in the service that Plusnet provides. I need to know if my router needs replacing, but I can't get through to customer services either on line or via the phone which is very frustrating. I thought Talk Talk was bad, but at least I could get through to them. You only find out how good your service provider is when there is a problem and I've found out the hard way! If these posts are being monitored by Plusnet support, please help me!
