Router keeps disconnecting

(Hopefully this is the correct place to post this)

I've been having trouble with my router for the past 2 days, it started on the 2nd of march, it was fine on the 3rd, and now its doing the same thing today (4th) it will keep disconnecting every 10-20 minutes. the light will change from blue to orange and an orange B will appear (not flashing) it eventually comes back on but will do the same thing over and over.
