I have been a customer for a number of years and just a few days ago my router would just have the power light on and non of the other ones are on. After a few resets it would start to work but sometimes i would need to keep trying to reset for an hour or more before it starts (reset and then try after 5 min and then after 10 min and just leave small gaps and keep trying). I think it might be too old and has developed an issue now. Picture attached. the router is Technicolor TG582n Fibre Route and i have had it since 2014.

I'm sorry for the issues with your router. I've ordered a more modern router for you now you should receive within 3 to 5 working days, and this will replace the Openreach modem as well that I believe you might still have.
