I'm afraid that it's a 'feature' of some Hub Ones.
Pluset will tell you that the noise is 'within limits' without explaining what the limits are and generally refuse to change it.
Most of the noise is caused by the 5GHz band so you can shut the noise up a bit by switching this band off in the advanced wireless settings.
