Router hissing and WiFi drops off

I’ve been with plus net for 3 years and the past month my router has started hissing, the WiFi keeps dropping and the speed is not what I’m paying for  - really slow and lags at times. 

Ive read the forums and done what it says on here but it’s no better. Do I need a new router or should I move to a different provider - though I’ve paid for my line rental in full last month and signed up to renew my contract.

not sure what to do but I’m not getting what I’m paying for and the hissing noise is driving me insane.

I think it’s just had it and I need a replacement. @Gandalf how do I get a replacement hub?

@EdWeasley can someone send me a new router as my up load is only 23 and I’m paying for the fastest speed so not getting what I’m paying for.
