Router connected, wireless networks disappear from available networks

I've just pushed a software update that should fix this. You should find your router is now running 4.7.5.1.83.263.

Let me know if you continue to experience difficulties.

Hello - it's been a week now since my router's firmware was updated.

I'm pleased to report that NO further incidents have occurred to date relating to the dropping of SSID from the router when our  Kindle Fire HDX is in use.

Looks like you've cracked it - so thanks for that and for your team's support.

Hi, any chance I could have the firmware upgrade too? I too have to reboot my router on regular basis due to devices dropping out after ssids disappear, tried just about everything, Dropped the 5ghz range (kept 2.4 due to older printer), it worked for a bit but then stopped again so 5 ghz range is back. Tried channel reset, tried static ip addresses. The only thing that sorts it is reboot.

We are owners of Kindle Fire, never though that would have an impact but this thread suggests otherwise? Shame we can’t download our own firmware, would have updated that ages ago if I had the chance.

Please?
