Router box was not sealed

I have recently received my router. The box was not sealed with cellophane or tape. Is it normal?

@fs8 I can't speak for Plusnet routers, but my EE router was sent recently in an unsealed box. So was my sister's BT router. I was surprised that they didn't even secure it with some type of sticker.
