Good morning all
I'm using my work laptop via Citrix and have the following problem:
Logging into Citrix isn't a problem however when I try to open Microsoft Outlook I get the following message "could not open Outlook. The information store could not be found". I also cannot gain access to Microsoft Lync, the Internet or works intranet. The only thing I can get access to are my files stored on my works server.
I have contacted my works IT department and they are not sure what the issue is as I am clearly connecting to their server. They keep repeating "its Plusnet, we always have problems with them, just reboot both your router and laptop and re-try". Not helpful at all as I have done this several times now with no luck.
can anyone help please?

No they are not.
I was working away fine on Thursday, logged back in Friday to these error messages. I took my laptop into work yesterday to synchronise to the network just in case that had something to do with it (more like wishful thinking) but no joy.

It'll not be what I thought it was then. Not unless the problem started around mid-March. With this issue excepted, there's nothing (Plusnet) network-side that should be causing you any problems
