Router Not Connectig to the Internet

We’ve moved house and brought the old router with us. The phone line transferred across and works when plugged in. We can connect to the router but the router won’t connect to the internet.

Any suggestions?

I’ve tried contacting Plusnet on the phone and online and get no where, passed from one person to another who all put me on hold and say it’s some else I need to speak to.

Welcome to the forums. I'm sorry you're having issues with your connection. 

I think I've resolved the problem if you could check and let me know. Hopefully I have, but I'll await your feedback.
