Router Noise PlusNet One hub

My router is making an unbearable static noise whenever it needs to download or stream anything. I need the 5ghz stream so turning that off not an option. Its getting to the point we can't watch Netflix as the noise is so loud. I have noticed a few other users having the same problem. Can someone send me a replacement router. Will be happy to send the old one back to be buried forever.

I'm sorry for the delay in picking this up. I'm glad to hear that a new router is on it's way to you now. Please let us know if you continue to experience any problems once you have the new router or if there's anything else that you'd like to discuss.
