Router Keeps losing credentials
I'm getting the exact same issue. I just need someone from plusnet to sort the issue. @Gandalf you managed to do this in the previous post.
If you can confirm that the account is properly activated at your side it would be helpful for one of your agents to call me to discuss further.

@BenDyson your account is fine. Your router is not correctly registered on the hardware management platform though. I've corrected that for you, so things should be sorted moving forwards. Shout up if not.
