Router Keeps Disconnecting

I have been a PlusNet customer for over a year. Today my router keeps disconnecting and then after a while reconnects. I have had a look online and there are no phone / broadband issues in my area. Is it the router and would PlusNet supply a new one.

@Sonya Welcome to the forums. It could be any number of things, probably local to you, but unlikely to be the router itself.
Have you had a look at the 'Speed Issues' topic on the relevant topic listing (ADSL/Fibre)?
