@gc66 - struggling to locate your account, but the fact you're on an old firmware version suggests that the device has dropped off the management platform. I can fix that but you'll need to private message me with your account username and the hub serial number.
@chandu - they're not updated on a fixed maintenance schedule. The latest update is currently in the process of being deployed.

@bobpullen, Thank you Bob for the information on firmware update frequency.
I had, recently, been sent the Plus Hub One router and its firmware is: "Software version 4.7.5.1.83.8.263 Last updated Unknown"
So, how do we establish if the update is up-to-date and the router is NOT vulnerable to outsider attack/s as per recent Which? article on the routers not being updated by ISPs/Router manufacturer leaving the users very vulnerable attacks.
Would appreciate some clarification on this matter.
Thank you and await further info.
Regards,
Chandu.

@adam945, Thank you Adam, I have looked at the article you referred to. It appears that I do have the Hub One which has the latest firmware version: 4.7.5.1.83.8.263, but the update date is NOT KNOWN.
I am hoping that @bobpullen will be able to throw more light on this issue as recent article in Which? on vulnerability of routers which are NOT updated leaving the users vulnerable to all sorts of attacks!!!!
Many regards,
Chandu.

@chandu - whether or not the Hub One is being updated is a moot point. As mentioned earlier, we're literally in the middle of a firmware update programme for this device.
When you receive the update, you should find that your update date correctly reflects when it was applied.
Whilst the Hub One wasn't explicitly tested in the latest Which? article, one of the BT Home Hub 5's was and it runs very similar software.
