Router Firmware Update

Hello 

I'm looking for a Firmware update for our router, we are having problems with speeds ranging from 3mpbs to our (supposed) 'garuanteed' 16mpbs, causing the two home workers connections to drop out and causing problems with home entertainment like netflix and my sons xbox connection - He is reporting ping/latency of over 200ms whilst playing anytime bewteen 5pm and 12pm. 

One fix that has been suggested in getting a new router, ours is around 3 years old, or updating the firmware. The current status is: 

Plusnet Hub One | Software version 4.7.5.1.83.8.263 | Last updated 20/04/19. 

Could an admin please have this updated for us please, and possibly provide an explanation of the massive variety in upload and download speeds.

That is the latest version of the software

@Sedgwick some people are having wifi issues and there maybe an update for them ending in  .273 firmware.

You have the lateswt update, if you read through the other (Router WiFi Problems) in the forum they are saying it is a problem between 2.4 & 5ghz
