I am having some issues with my Plusnet Router, or more specifically with a single Chromebook on the WiFi accessing the Internet. All other devices, both wireless and wired, seem to have no issues and the affected Chromebook shows wifi access but no DNS connection. After exhausting every other fix I can think of, I am wondering whether a router firmware update may alleviate the issue and if not, then narrow down the list of likely culprits further.
The model and firmware version are:
