Router DEAD

To whom it may concern (i.e. admin mods);

Can you please help me to get a new router. Overnight I've discovered my router to no longer work. I've tried everything to get it working again and no luck. Unable to get through to your phone support team and would appreciate if we can sort this out ASAP please.

Re: Router DEAD

@damir You say the router is 'dead' - do you mean no power, or something else?

If you have power, what other lights are on?

How old is the device - if it is over 12 months, you would be better off getting your own replacement - it is out of warrany and the price PN charge for a replacement is a little steep.

Re: Router DEAD

Power issue - simply won't turn on.

My contract is about 9 months so far so should still be within warranty.

Trying to figure out if previous routers would do the same job (i.e. sky and talk talk routers) but can't figure out how to make the connection - its possible that they are not compatible.

Re: Router DEAD

@damir Thanks. In that case, I would try and contact PN by phone and explain - the router is still within warranty.

IIRC, both Sky and TT equipment is locked, but there have been claims the TT ones can be unlocked although I've never see  any actual proof.

Re: Router DEAD

Hi there @damir, I'm so sorry to hear that your router isn't working.

I can confirm that you were in warranty and a new router was ordered for you at the weekend and it was dispatched yesterday - so should be with you in the next 3-5 working days.

Please do let us know if you need any further assistance.
