Return router

I recently upgraded my internet and was sent a new router to replace my old one. Please can I be sent a returns bag for the old one?

Thank you for getting in touch. I've ordered a returns bag so that you can send your old router back to us. Alternatively, this can be disposed of at a local Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) recycling point.
