Hi everyone,
For the past two night my router keeps changing to red with a red b - so no internet access. I've been a customer for 2 years and this hasnt happened for a long time so it is really out of the blue. To try and fix it I've done a few resets, I even went into the settings and reset so I would need to put in my plusnet email and password again. It changes back to blue for a bit but then goes red again. Any advice? At the moment it's on blue but it would be good to know what I can do differently / do to fix in future. I have a HubOne and am not tech savvy.
Thank you!

Hi there.
Sorry that you've been having issues.
It looks like your router is struggling to maintain a connection with our hardware management system. I've given it a nudge over here now. Could you factory reset your router once more by pushing a paperclip into the reset pinhole at the back for 20 seconds letting us know how things go afterwards and if you continue to experience problems?
