Replacing standard adsl router with router with gigabit ethernet ports

I need to replace the standard plus net router as it only has 100meg ethernet ports and i wish to use it with a nas.

Can anyone recommend an alternative router that offers this for as cheap as possible. Thanks

I use a Netgear model D6400

AC1600 WiFi VDSL/ADSL2+Modem Router, Simultaneous Dual Band Gigbit

4 Gigabit Ethernet ports.

Hope this helps

@Swordfishtrombo Many people on here use a BT Home hub 6, its relatively cheap, available on your favourite on line auction site under £30. Just aim for the normal or business one, not the FTTP one.

Cheapest solution is to get a Gigabit switch.

Connect one port to the router (100Mbit is faster than your broadband connection). then connect the NAS and PC to the switch.

+1 for the switch solution.

I bought one of these a year or so ago when I needed some more free Ethernet ports.
