hello, I would like to request that the plusnet remote management port is closed on our router as this is causing a security compliance issue when the router is tested for security holes.

@travelpack Welcome to the forum.
You cannot disable this port. This is a false postive caused by the way the ports are scanned. If you use an external probe, try Shields Up! by grc, and you will find that the port is stealthed. If you do a search you will find many posts relating to this issue.
If you can't live with it then you will have to buy your own third party modem/router.

Thanks ver much for your reply, I have been back onto Security Metrics the company that scan's the equipment externally, all they now need to know is :
" Does the router have the ISP's lastest firmware installed on the device " they need a simple yes or no in reply to this question to whitelist the device.
I have accessed the device and I can see that the firmware is :
Plusnet Hub One | Software version 4.7.5.1.83.8.263 | Last updated 02/02/19
