Router won't connect

What's not 'up to date' on the Hub2? My Fritz!Box is technically older, and only receives 'updates' that don't make any real difference maybe every 12-15 months.

Fixed but don't ask how. I rang Plusnet about it be they said they could only help with Plusnet routers. About half an hour later I logged into my homepage at Plusnet and updated my Password. When I then logged in on the OpenWrt Xiaomi Redmi AX6000 router it worked and I was about to put it in the bin.

For completeness, a "simple" password (not to many "special" characters) seems to be needed with some routers.

I wonder if the Plusnet password had something that the router didn't accept correctly in the password field.
