Red power light on router

Hi,
I've never had any problems with my internet in a number of years. However now the router has started dying repeatedly.

The routers power light turns red and router is hotter than normal. Vents are not obstructed.

Looked at the event logs and all I can see is 'warm reboot' occasionally. (Pun not intended)

This has been persistent for nearly a week now and there's only so many times I can reset it before it goes out the window.

Any suggestions?

Sorry to hear this.

Unfortunately a red power light is often a sign that a router is going faulty.

I'd recommend calling us on 0800 013 2632 to see if we can get you a new router sent out
