My connection dropped on Saturday night and the router is displaying a red light under power.
Tried the suggested turning on and off via mains, as well as holding the reset button for 20 seconds, but sadly to no avail.
Sorry to hear that.
It's likely the router has gone faulty but as it's out of it's warranty period we can't send a replacement I'm afraid.
