Red light for Internet on router

Hi, I was told that my Internet should have been up and running by today however there is still a solid red light stuck on my router for the Internet, any help on that please?

It looks like your router connected to the internet last night.

How's your service since then?

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
