It appears as if it has accepted the correct version I just wanted to confirm the date as that had not changed.

Hi, don't know if you can help me i wonder if pushing a firmware update to my router will solve my issues or if its some thing else. I experience constant lag and stall when trying to load web pages on mobile and tablet devices. Happens in apps too where i have to turn off wifi and reconnect in order for the web page or app to load correctly? Looking at my router home page i see Plusnet Hub One | Software version 4.7.5.1.83.8.237.2.2 | Last updated 10/08/17. Any advice? Ive tried online webchat for a fix but never available.

Hi Chris.

The type of problem you're experiencing could be caused by a variety of factors.

Do you the issues just manifest over WiFi or over a wired connection too?
