So, lots of brilliant advice here.
Have gone for this setup with the HG612 3B replacing the One Hub.
However, my YouView box which is used for BT TV (and BT Sport in particular) doesn't work over the ethernet connection. Something to do with Multicast not being supported and needing the One Hub to verify the connection.
Anyone else had this problem, and more importantly solved it?

It seems the google wifi doesn't fully support multicast for the UK market, even though it was meant to be rolled out in a firmware last June.
You could plug the Google WiFi into the Hub One, Disable DHCP server and wifi in the Hub One and let google do everything else.
Then plug the Youview box into the Hub One via ethernet.
