Hi all,
woke up this morning to find my Plusnet Hub One had totally factory resetted itself and the orange light on the front was flashing.
It required a reboot and upon rebooting all my settings were gone, although I could tell they were reset before the reboot since my AP had the default name.
Very annoying as I had quite a few ports forwarded and things tweaked...anyone able to shed any light on why this may have happened?
Hoping to avoid this again, but to be honest, I may just buy a different router.
Thanks for your help.
Rory.

I had exactly the same issue last night.
Details:
Plusnet Hub One
Software: 4.7.5.1.83.8.226
I now have all kinds of issues with setting up advanced settings (changing SSIS and IP address both don't work).
I will raise a seperate forum issue for these.
I hope others might confirm they had the same issue as you.

My Hub One disconnected at about 2.10am. I couldn't get it to stop power cycling long enough to get into the Admin screen. I rang up and they suggested reinstating my old Router/Modem which worked. As I was on the phone they received a message saying many people were having this trouble.

Guys - word on the street is that this could be an issue with the Plusnet hub and the Google Chromecast audio dongle:

I'm going to try unplugging mine tonight and seeing if it stabilises things...

OK, guys. I have switched my chromecast audio off and the router is stable. Looks like that is the problem. Thank you to all that have helped.
