Question about using TP-Link AC2800 modem router if I upgrade to fibre

Thinking of finally upgrading from ADSL2 to fibre and wondered if my existing modem router will work with  Plusnet fibre connection?

As far as I can tell the router should be cable of both ADSL2 and VDSL (fibre). Can someone confirm if they have used this router with a fibre connection and if there are any issues. I assume I would just plug in as it is now and re-configure if required?

Any help / comments appreciated.

Thanks

From doing a Google search it looks like that router should work fine with a fibre connection once it's reconfigured into VDSL mode

Fix

Thanks, that's what I thought also. Have taken the plunge and ordered the fibre upgrade and the Plusnet router as well just in case. Got a great deal so hopefully all will be fine.

Thanks,
