Ports blocked all of a sudden

This happened quite recently, in the past week or so, but out of nowhere my router has started blocking almost all incoming ports despite many reboots and a few factory resets of the router. All games and downloads worked fine for the past year and no changes were made to the configuration. UPnP is definitely on in the router settings so I'm now at a loss to figure out where to go next? Please help.

Should have also mentioned that no firewall settings in my PN account are active, and also have not changed anything on my local firewall. My housemate is having the same issue.

Thanks for your posts @Pnewt2019 and sorry for the delayed response. I've tested your line and the tests aren't showing any issues. Do you get any particular error message when you try to game or download? Also, can you PM me a copy of the Event Log from within your router's settings at http://192.168.1.254?
