Port forwarding for IP camera on port 8080

I have spoken to the technical helpline but they were unable to help me and suggested I posted this on the forum hoping that somebody can help.

I have a Hub One and have tried myself the obvious things.

Thank you in advance.

I can't remember myself as I don't use it any more, but this thread should give you some pointers.

Re: Port forwarding for IP camera on port 8080

Thanks for your swift reply but could you help with 'port range and translate to' settings in the hub manager.

I believe to add a new application I put in the IP address for the camera I am trying to access?

Protocol I believe is TCP?

I just want to open port 8080 to test and IP camera

Fix

I don't have the hub one in use, but this video is probably a bit better: https://youtu.be/jP5-JdT_ILk

Is the camera wired or wireless? Either way, you need to connect it to the network first. The camera should then show up in one of the menus and you can allocate the ports from there. If I remember, there is an pre set camera in the settings.

Marksfish thank you very much for your help. I followed the YouTube video and was able to open the ports required.
