Im trying to add a new application (QNAP NAS) and it needs ports UDP500 UDP1701 UDP4500 and UDP1194.
I have added the new application QNAP but I can only add port 500 and 1194 the other 2 ports cant be added as there is a slash of port numbers. I don't have any other port forwarded. The 2 ports added don't appear to be Open when using https://portchecker.co/check.
Any help would be appreciated
Thanks

@Charlie2 - What is a 'slash of port numbers'?
Edit:- I'm assuming it's 'clash'. If that is the case then you'll have to either change the ports used in the QNAP's config or disable the app that's already using the ports.

Yes I did mean clash sorry. How do I find what could be using the port numbers that are clashing as I don't have any other port forwarding in use.
