Port Forwarding Help Needed

Hello. I and fellow colleagues are trying to access the following domain:

https://jira.innovation-hosting.com/

I and others are all able to access this url when using other networks and ISP's. However when using our home Plusnet networks from we are unable to access this site. Our browsers try to load it and then time out.

 

I have tried using the Port Forwarding feature within the Hub Manager selecting the options which include 'https' and 'http' in their description and then with my laptop and phone but to no avail. I am still unable to reach this url. 

 

Can anyone please advise? Jira is obviously a major piece of web based software which I need to be able to use but currently cannot using Plusnet as my ISP. Any advice is warmly welcomed. Thank you.

port forward is only of use for incoming connections and not out going, so don't worry about that.

it seems to be a routing issue on PN's side as I can access it from a VPN but not on a PN connection.

Hi. From that it looks like everything is stopping at BT. Are you (Plusnet) able to raise a ticket with BT to get this addressed?

Yep, looks to be a routing issue. I've raised it to our engineers for investigation (ref: INFOPS-3100).

Edit: incidentally the site *can* be accessed from a BT Broadband connection.

Hi team

 

I am seeing similar issue when trying to connect to another Innovation group URL. This time to uk.symbility.net

 

From users within Plusnet, connections fail. Have run traceroutes to the URL and they time out same place. Not sure if this is a routing issue or if firewalls are not responding. How can the status of INFOPS-3100 be viewed
