Plusnet router port forwarding

Hi there im going bonkers here attempting to setup some port forwarding for my Hikvision cctv dvr

554 - 554 

and 8000 - 8000

554 is fine but when i try to add the 8000 rule i get:

Game or Application definition

Current port range overlaps with previously defined port range assigned for device. Please solve this ambiguity.

I have no other rules setup so somewhat baffled here.

Although you may not have created rules of that port, the router may have a preset rule using that port. You will need to look at the existing rules.

Found the advice from a staff member at https://community.plus.net/t5/Gaming/Plusnet-Routers-and-Port-Forwarding/m-p/1389581#M18217 

You typically see that content error when you try creating a port forwarding rule that shares ports with an existing game or application. Have a look for a pre-configured game/application called 'web server' or something similar and try using that instead of creating a new one.
