Plusnet password change now can't get internet

Hello, probably a really simple fix but I'm a bit simple!  I changed my PlusNet account password yesterday and now I can't get internet access (logging in via phone).  I don't have a PlusNet router (it's a TPLink Archer D9) - does anyone know what I have to do?  Thanks in advance and apologies for being a bit dim!  Jacqui

You just need to update the password in your router, it is linked to your account password. So when you changed the account password, you need to also change the router to match the account.

Fix

You would also need to change the password in the router to the same as your PN account.
