Plusnet...Problems...Problems

After the issues with problems at the exchange, now we are experencing erratic speed.

Dropping from 30 Mbps to just 3 or 4.

What is going on with this supplier?

The most inconsistent provider I have used, and I have tried many.

Can someone sort this out.

Thanks.

Re: Plusnet...Problems...Problems

Try splitting the 2.4 and 5 ghz wifi on Hub One to see if it resolves your wifi speed issues.

Re: Plusnet...Problems...Problems

Hi @ImInIT, I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with your WiFi connection.

I would definitely recommend that you try @bill888's suggestion of splitting the wireless bands. Please let us know if the issue persists after you've done this.
