Based on the previous post I have moved this from Fibre Broadband to My Router where more appropriate advice may be gained.

Hi @ImInIT, I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with your WiFi connection.
I would definitely recommend that you try @bill888's suggestion of splitting the wireless bands. Please let us know if the issue persists after you've done this.
