Are your neighbours using a BT Smarthub 6? As this report shows, their 5GHz performance is superior to the Plusnet Hub One. https://www.businessdirect.bt.com/content/uni2/documentation/c6nx/bt_smart_hub_test_report.pdf

You could try fighting back by joining many of us and buying one from Ebay or similar. They can easily be set up to work on your Plusnet account. You will find instructions in this forum.

Alternatively can you install a cat5e Ethernet cable to where you need a decent signal and if necessary fit a wireless access point on the end of it.

I'll have to check what is broadcasting, I think they're TalkTalk and/or Sky.

Thanks for the info on those, they don't cost much on ebay, I shall investigate Smiley

Rented flat atm unfortunately, once I buy I'll be running cat6 or 7 to every room Cheesy
